Welcome, my name is Alan Edge . I have been repairing, building, customising and restoring guitars for over 10 years.

We offer a highly professional service backed by our guarantee. Our fully equipped workshop allows us to undertake all kinds of guitar and bass repair and modifications including Set-ups, Re-fretting, Headstock repair and full Re-wires. We also supply a full range of spares and custom parts.

In most cases I can provide a fast turnaround on smaller repairs. I will never undertake unnecessary work and will always advise customers honestly. Owners are always consulted fully before any work is undertaken.

I studied under my father Nick Edge at Edge Guitars South Africa, one of the foremost guitar repair shops in Johannesburg and distributor of WD parts. On relocating to England , I worked in Denmark Street before reopening Edge Guitars in London .
